FICC 2012 RALLY

FICC Rally: I’m repeating some of what I said previously, but thanks to John Daggett we now have more specific instructions we can offer. This will also be in the March issue of Camping Today. In the meantime if you can possibly get this information out to your members in your states and provinces this would help.

Repeated information:

The Federation of Camping Caravans (the world wide camping organization of which Family Campers and RVers are associate members) is holding their North American Rally ( every 10 years ) next year July 25 to August 5th in Montmagny, Quebec. The site is on the eastern side of the St. Lawrence, about 25 miles north of Quebec City. This is a week after Campvention and already several of our members are planning to attend this international event. Ten years ago, it was held in St Jean Richelieu PQ (south East of Montreal) and we had about 60 FCRV families attend. Overall there were about 2000 units at this rally 10 years ago.

The Rally web site is published in three “official” languages French, German, and English
The web site is www.ficc2012.ca
At the top of the home page you’ll see three national flags France, Germany and England. Click on England and all the information including the registration form will be in the English language.
You will see the block for “how to register” It is a two page PDF file which you may down load or click on the link below to get the pdf file here.
The name of club will be Family Campers and RVers.
One must register by May 1, 2012
The registrations must come to my attention so I may forward them (along with payment). That means I should receive your registration by no later than mid April 2012.
I believe the registration form is self explanatory.
